Simply submit an online admin request between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday. We’ll get back to you within three working days, and we'll send your note straight to your phone via text or email.
To help us process this smoothly, please make sure to include:
- Your full name and date of birth
- Your NHS number (if you have it handy)
- The date you’d like the fit note to start
- How long you need it for (e.g., 14 days)
- The reason for your request
Self-Certifying for the First 7 Days
For the first 7 days of any illness, you can self-certify without seeing a GP.
